Terms and Conditions

Please do read the terms and conditions to avoid any misunderstandings in the future.

1. All sales are final, therefore goods sold are not refundable. Goods will be inspected thoroughly and carefully before delivery. We will not be responsible for any damage or lost in the course of delivery . Thus, please ensure that you have gotten enough information on the product before making any purchase.

2. Prices and availability of the goods are subject to change without any prior notice. Goods are sold on first come first basis, but restock is possible for items that are sold out. Please be informed that as some of the items are pre order, u may have to wait for 1-2 weeks for the items to arrive. Items will be 100% made in Korea and shipped from Korea.

3. Prices stated do not include postage or shipping fees . Please refer to payment and shipping.

4. Reservations can be made for 3 days only. Please email us to reserve the items and if payment is not made within the 3 days of reservation, it will be open up for sale again.

5. COD and self collection is only available in Cyberjaya MMU during the weekdays, and Sri Petaling or Bukit Jalil during the weekends. COD and self collection will be subjected to our convenience.

6. 50% deposit is required for COD and self collection to avoid back outs.

7. Please also take note that pre order items are subjected to stock availability. In case there are no stock after ordering, full refund will be provided.
